Our preferred method of communication and booking is via our Meetup group.
Upcoming trips are published on our Meetup page. Once you’ve joined the group, you can book a trip by clicking the Attend button on the event and following the booking instructions.
To contact a Trip Leader, click on the organiser’s profile image and send a private message.
If you experience any difficulties with Meetup or the booking process, please contact the Trip Leader using the method outlined in the Online Enquiries section below

When completing the form:
Select Trip Leader and the relevant trip or event for trip‑specific queries
Select Committee for general enquiries
Select Webmaster for website feedback or issues
Your enquiry will be directed to the most appropriate person.
